Nursing Assistant, Medical Telemetry, PRN, Day Shift

Collect patient data, perform basic nursing procedures, and assist with treatments and daily living activities including hygiene, toileting, and feeding. Turn and reposition patients, administer anti-emboli hose, collect specimens, and document findings in the EMR. Maintain unit cleanliness, dispose of linen, and perform point of care testing as delegated. Report lab values to the Registered Nurse and assist with patient transport and admission orientation.
