Job Summary
Provide delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse. Care for patients with a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions on the 44-bed 3AC Innovation Unit. Work full-time (36 hours weekly) from 7am to 7pm. BLS certification required; high school diploma or CNA preferred. Baptist Health Floyd's Innovation Unit pilots new ideas for the hospital.
Required Qualifications
- BLS for Healthcare Provider
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work 36 hours weekly
- Must be available for days shifts (7am-7pm)
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace
- Must pass post offer, pre-employment drug testing
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/equivalent
- CNA certification
