Job Summary
Assist patients with daily living activities and monitor changes in their conditions under RN or LPN supervision. Ensure patient safety and well-being while providing patient-centered nursing care in a 50-bed Medical-Surgical unit. Work in a fast-paced environment serving diverse medical and surgical patients, fostering healing and positivity. Specialized on-boarding and on-the-job training are available, with career advancement through educational assistance. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, and registry requirements apply for North Dakota and Wisconsin roles.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- If working in North Dakota (ND) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be on the North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry upon completion of training/competency validation or a maximum of four months from the date of initial employment
- If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility
