Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

- North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry (if working in ND and not a CNA)
- Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility (if working in Wisconsin)
