Nursing Assistant I - Pediatric Inpatient Unit/Float - Nights

Deliver direct patient care on the Pediatric Inpatient Unit, including activities of daily living such as oral care, bathing, and toileting. Monitor vital signs, collect specimens, and perform EKGs while documenting intake and output in the EMR. Assist with patient mobility, ambulation, and feeding, and manage invasive lines within scope. Maintain infection control, skin integrity, and fall prevention protocols while responding to alarms and emergencies. Conduct intentional rounding, transport patients, and prepare rooms for admissions and discharges. Communicate patient status changes to the RN and complete shift reports. Work nights with a BLS certification required.
