Job Summary
Perform basic patient care, including hygiene, mobility assistance, and nutritional support under the supervision of assigned managers. Maintain the patient environment and assist licensed staff with related duties. This role requires Nursing Assistant Certification in Massachusetts, current CPR certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent training. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 or provide an exemption statement. The position offers a $900 new hire sign-on bonus, with a pay range of $19.37 to $26.80 per hour. Schedule includes day shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Required Qualifications
- Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training
- Nursing Assistant Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the equivalent
- Current CPR Certification
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- every other weekend and holiday
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Training Program
- Three (3) months experience in an acute care or long term setting
