Nursing Assistant - Hurstville

Nursing Assistant at Lifeblood in Hurstville, NSW. Permanent part-time role on a 50-hour fortnight with a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday. Located at Hurstville Donor Centre. Salary starts at $33.12 per hour plus penalties and benefits. You will greet and interview potential donors to assess eligibility, perform routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests, set up machines and equipment, insert/remove needles to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets, monitor donors post-donation, and assist with rebooking donors. Full training provided; no prior blood collection experience required. Bring strong customer-facing skills and a willingness to learn the donation process; occasional lifting up to 9–22.7 kg; flexible to varied shifts.
