Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, supporting their personally designed living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. Deliver person-directed and elder/resident-directed care, demonstrating competencies in home building, critical thinking, and teamwork. Foster a supportive environment that aligns with the organization's mission to enrich the lives of older adults through a faith-based approach.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice
- Demonstrated competencies in home building
