Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents while supporting their personally designed living choices and maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices. Deliver person-directed, elder/resident-directed care within a close-knit team environment focused on enriching the lives of older adults. Work during day shifts (7:00am - 3:00pm) at Timber Hills, a Presbyterian Homes & Services community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care options.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice
- Demonstrated competencies in home building
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking
- Demonstrated competencies in teamwork
- Demonstrated competencies in self leadership
- Demonstrated competencies in interpersonal effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
