Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, supporting their personally designed living choices while adhering to regulations and best practices. Deliver person-directed, elder/resident-directed care that fosters home building, teamwork, and self-leadership within a close-knit community. Communicate effectively with residents and families to build a vibrant, thriving environment. This role is part of a faith-based nonprofit mission to enrich the lives of older adults through enabling, empowering, and engaging care.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
- Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies
- Full Time (.8) PM 2pm - 10pm
- Full Time (.8) Overnight/NOC 10pm - 6am
- Part Time (.3) Overnight/NOC 10pm - 6am
