Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents in assisted living and memory care settings, supporting their personally designed living choices while adhering to regulations and best practices. Deliver person-directed and elder/resident-directed care, demonstrating competencies in home building, critical thinking, and teamwork. Maintain consistency with established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of older adults. Full-time employment requires a minimum of 30 hours per week; part-time roles range from 20–29 hours. Starting pay is $21.00–$22.90 per hour. This faith-based nonprofit organization enriches the lives of over 41,800 older adults across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice
- Demonstrated competencies in home building
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking
- Demonstrated competencies in teamwork
- Demonstrated competencies in self leadership
- Demonstrated competencies in interpersonal effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
