Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care while supporting their personally designed living choices and maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices. Demonstrate competencies in person-directed and resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, and self-leadership. Communicate effectively in English to support the needs of older adults within a faith-based nonprofit environment. This role is available in part-time or full-time formats at Summerwood of Plymouth, Plymouth, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice
- Demonstrated competencies in home building
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking
- Demonstrated competencies in teamwork
- Demonstrated competencies in self leadership
