Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, supporting their Personally Designed Living choices while adhering to regulations and best practices. Demonstrate competencies in person-directed and resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, and teamwork. Maintain consistency with established protocols to empower residents and build a vibrant community. This role is part of a faith-based nonprofit serving older adults, offering a supportive environment focused on enriching lives and touching hearts.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice
- Demonstrated competencies in home building
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking
- Demonstrated competencies in teamwork
- Demonstrated competencies in self leadership
- Demonstrated competencies in interpersonal effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
