Nursing Assistant - Full-time - Night

Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data. Assist patients with personal and daily care, including bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, and hair care. Deliver meals and snacks, feed patients unable to self-feed, and document oral intake. Turn and position immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment and participate in mobility programs. Transport patients to designated areas such as treatment centers. Complete extensive orientation and onboarding POETs before the first day. Work the 7p-7a night shift at Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Hummelstown, PA, providing compassionate care to individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and neurological disorders.
