Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Vivie, you will provide hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility according to the Plan of Care. Responsibilities include monitoring health changes like vital signs and ensuring timely communication with the nursing team, while also creating a warm, supportive environment. Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota
- Ability to provide care with empathy, patience, and integrity
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions
- Ability to pass state mandated background check
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health is a plus.
