Job Summary
Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance, including bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and meal preparation, under RN or LPN supervision. Administer delegated tasks, collect non-invasive biological specimens, and record vital statistics. Perform clerical work for scheduling and documentation, prepare and clean treatment areas, clean patient living spaces, and dispose of biomedical waste per policy. When necessary, deliver one-on-one care to ensure safe patient provision. Full-time schedule with 36 weekly hours; CNA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility
- An accepted offer will require a drug screen
- An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
