Job Summary
Assist patients with daily living activities and monitor and report changes in their conditions while ensuring their safety and well-being. Provide patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications, including registry registration if working in North Dakota or Wisconsin. Work rotating 12-hour shifts totaling 24 weekly hours with a salary range of $16.50 to $24, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Required department specific competencies and certifications
- North Dakota Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry (if working in ND and not a CNA)
- Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility (if working in Wisconsin)
Desired Qualifications
