Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care and perform clerical duties in the Progressive Care Unit, including hygiene, specimen transport, and medication logistics. Monitor patient conditions, document physical needs, and report changes to licensed personnel while maintaining equipment and supplies. Assist with activities of daily living, coordinate patient testing, and act as a preceptor for new staff and students. Process admissions and discharges, manage electronic information, and ensure compliance with all policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months
- Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience
- Communication
- Computer Literacy
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Interpersonal Communication
- Mathematics
- Preceptor Skills
- Full Time, Days/Evenings (36Hours/Weekly)
- 3 -12 Hour Shifts
- 7am - 7:30pm Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required
