Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care and perform clerical duties including specimen transport, point-of-care testing, and equipment maintenance. Assist patients with activities of daily living, hygiene, and linens while providing one-to-one safety watch as assigned. Process orders, coordinate patient transportation to tests, and communicate dietary requirements with food services. Mentor new staff and students, document physical needs, and report changes in patient condition to licensed personnel. Perform clerical tasks for admissions, transfers, and discharges while maintaining electronic information integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year Clinical experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body
