Nursing Assistant - Day

Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data for patients. Assist individuals with personal and daily care, including bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, and hair care. Deliver meals and snacks, feeding patients who cannot feed themselves while documenting oral intake. Turn and position immobile patients safely to maintain proper body alignment and participate in mobility programs. Transport patients to designated areas, such as various treatment centers. This role supports the Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital's mission to address medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and neurological disorders.
