Job Summary
Nursing Assistant - CCU supports patient-centered care under RN supervision in a fast-paced cardiac ICU setting. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, vital signs, basic patient care, and comfort measures; may require advanced skills such as phlebotomy, simple treatments, dressing changes, and Foley catheter management. Performs clerical tasks, data retrieval, unit supply transport, and helps maintain patient safety and HIPAA compliance. Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work night shifts are essential.
