Job Summary
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, walking, standing, exercising, and getting in and out of bed. Answer call lights, turn and reposition bedridden residents, and measure vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration. Record food and fluid intake, urinary and bowel output, and dietary restrictions. Observe residents for wounds, bruising, pain, or unusual behavior, then promptly report changes to nurses or medical staff. Support mobility, ambulation, restorative activities, and fall prevention while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Communicate respectfully with residents, families, and staff while following facility policies, care plans, and infection-control procedures. Requires current Certified Nursing Assistant certification and good standing with the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry. Ability to work every other weekend and alternating holidays is required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to care for residents in a calm, compassionate, respectful, and dependable manner
