Job Summary
Perform ADLs as scheduled, monitor resident condition changes, and assist with transfers using gait belts or mechanical lifts. Ensure residents are cared for with dignity while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. Support Resident Assistants as needed to uphold the Christian ministry values of enriching lives and touching hearts. Commit to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays. Full-time roles offer health, dental, and retirement benefits; part-time roles include vision and PTO. Located in North Oaks, MN, serving over 41,800 older adults across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Assistant Certification
- Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
