Job Summary
Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. Monitor changes in Resident's condition and transfer residents with mobility using various methods such as gait belts and mechanical lifts. Ensure residents are cared for with dignity. Commit to working every other weekend and scheduled holidays. Requires Nursing Assistant Certification for Long Term Care roles.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Assistant Certification
- Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
