Job Summary
Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist Resident Assistants while maintaining consistency with regulations. Monitor changes in residents' conditions and transfer them using gait belts or mechanical lifts. Ensure residents are cared for with dignity. This role requires Nursing Assistant Certification for Long Term Care work and includes every-other-weekend shifts. The position supports a faith-based nonprofit mission enriching the lives of older adults across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
