Job Summary
Care Partner (Nursing Assistant) provides patient-focused support under the direction of the Registered Nurse, assisting with activities of daily living, ambulation, and vital signs; may perform advanced skills (phlebotomy, dressing changes, Foley catheter removal) as unit needs dictate, and handles clerical tasks, data retrieval, and supply transport to support safe, compassionate patient care and a positive patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification
- BLS or ARC-BLS Basic Life Support
- Graduation from a State approved program for Certified Nursing Assistants or Patient Care Tech Program
- Rising Senior in Good Standing or High School Diploma/GED General-Preferred
