Job Summary
Care Partner (Nursing Assistant) provides patient-centered support under the direction of the Registered Nurse, assisting with daily living activities and basic patient care functions (e.g., ADLs, ambulation, vital signs) to promote a positive patient experience. May perform advanced skills such as phlebotomy, simple treatments, dressing changes, oral suctioning, and Foley catheter removal depending on unit needs. Includes clerical duties like data retrieval and supply transport. Emphasizes safety, HIPAA, effective communication, and collaboration with the healthcare team to support patient care delivery. Shift options include FULL-TIME and PART-TIME; location is Woodstock, GA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - American Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Graduation from a State approved program for Certified Nursing Assistants or Patient Care Tech Program Upon Hire
