Job Summary
Provide direct nursing assistant care in a small residential setting serving up to four individuals, including personal cares, health-related support, and assistance with medications as trained. Conduct meal preparation, household tasks, mobility assistance (transfers, mechanical lifts), and support daily living activities. Utilize behavior support strategies, document care electronically, and communicate needs to supervisors. Transport to appointments and community outings as needed; collaborate with supervisors and team to implement individualized care plans and programming while promoting dignity, independence, and community inclusion. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma/GED, CNA training within the last 10 years, and valid driver’s license with insurance; benefits include health coverage, retirement, PTO, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program within the last 10 years
- Nursing Assistant certification does not need to be current but must not be revoked
- Certification, diploma, or transcripts must be provided
