Job Summary
Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Cardiac Telemetry/Heart Failure unit at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center. Full-time night shift with competitive sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance. Responsibilities include partnering with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care, assisting the RN with care delivery, monitoring and documenting patient status in EMR, performing basic care activities (ADLs, ambulation, vital signs), and supporting safe, compassionate care for cardiac patients in a high-acuity telemetry unit. May involve advanced skills such as phlebotomy, simple treatments, dressing changes, oral suctioning, and Foley catheter removal as required by unit needs. Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to HIPAA privacy guidelines emphasized. Location: Mableton, GA (United States).
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification/licensure required
- Ability to provide patient care under RN supervision
- Basic patient care skills including ADLs, vital signs, and safe mobility
