Job Summary
Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Cardiac Telemetry/Heart Failure unit at Wellstar Kennestone. Full-time Night Shift with sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance. The Care Partner provides front-line patient care under the direction of the RN, supporting patient experience through ADLs, vital signs, and comfort measures on a 29-bed Heart Failure unit. Responsibilities include assisting with basic patient care tasks, ambulation, documentation in the EMR, and collaboration with the healthcare team. May require advanced skills such as phlebotomy, EKG, dressing changes, Foley catheter removal, and data retrieval as unit needs fluctuate. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential, with emphasis on confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certificate or license
- ability to work night shift
