Job Summary
Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Green 5 West Heart Failure/Cardiac Telemetry unit at Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, Night Shift, Full Time. The Care Partner assists the RN and healthcare team to promote a positive patient experience, performs basic patient care (ADL, ambulation, vital signs), supports safe care delivery, and may perform advanced skills as required (e.g., phlebotomy, dressing changes, Foley catheter care) with documentation in the EMR. Responsibilities include coordinating with the care team, ensuring patient comfort, protecting patient rights and privacy, and maintaining professional communication using AIDET and safety protocols. The role emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and adherence to HIPAA while contributing to unit operations such as data retrieval, supplies transport, and patient care documentation. Required Qualifications
