Nursing Assistant

Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Support patient mobility through transferring, repositioning, ambulating, and transporting as needed. Measure, record, and report vital signs while observing condition changes to communicate concerns to licensed staff. Maintain care areas in a clean, organized, and safe manner and document activities accurately. Follow infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality guidelines. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development. Apply to be considered for future openings supporting Med/Surg, Outpatient, ER, and Surgery departments at the Indian Health Service's Lawton Indian Hospital, with an anticipated start date in Fall 2026.
