Job Summary
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under RN supervision, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and psychosocial support. Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and range of motion exercises while collecting vital signs and non-invasive specimens. Support food preparation, dining, and wellness programs; document resident interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse. Maintain infection prevention policies and complete required competency testing and continuing education. Participate in departmental committees as needed. Full-time evening shift with 40 weekly hours and a $5,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
