Job Summary
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under RN supervision, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs collection, and psychosocial support. Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and range-of-motion exercises while following infection prevention and control policies. Support food preparation, dining, and wellness programs; aid providers with procedures as needed. Document resident interactions, behaviors, and dietary outcomes; communicate changing conditions to the charge nurse. Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens and maintain clean living areas. Maintain CNA certification and complete annual competency testing and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
