Job Summary
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under RN supervision, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs collection, and psychosocial support. Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, range of motion exercises, and meal preparation while maintaining infection prevention protocols and PPE standards. Document resident interactions, behaviors, and dietary outcomes; communicate changing conditions to the charge nurse. Aid nursing staff with procedures, collect non-invasive specimens, and support wellness and recreational programs. Perform housekeeping and laundry services to keep living areas operational. Requires CNA certification, valid driver's license, and completion of competency testing.
Required Qualifications
