Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in assisted living, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital signs, feeding, and psychosocial support under a charge nurse. Responsibilities may include assisting with transfers and mobility, range of motion and passive exercises, medication administration as delegated, documenting outcomes, infection prevention and PPE use, and participation in wellness and recreational programs. Requires CNA certification, and adherence to continuing education, with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays; location may involve multi-site care across the upper Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
