Job Summary
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support while engaging them through conversation and activities. Work hand in hand with the nursing team to ensure care needs are met based on individual resident service plans. Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment by assisting with resident room upkeep. Perform physically demanding tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires current Nurse's Aide Registration and ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. Full-time 11p-7a shift with competitive wages and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Current Nurse's Aide Registration
- Experience and passion in working with seniors
- Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers and other staff members
- In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
