Job Summary
Nursing Assistant at Lifeblood’s Bundaberg Donor Centre supporting donors through the donation process. Duties include greeting and interviewing potential donors, completing routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests, setting up machines and collection equipment, inserting and removing needles for whole blood, plasma, and platelets, monitoring donors post-donation, and helping the team achieve collection targets. Full paid training provided; essential asset is customer-facing experience and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional donor experience. Varied shifts across a rotating roster Monday to Saturday; on-site role in Bundaberg, Queensland.
