Job Summary
Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly manner in accordance with established procedures. Assist residents with activities of daily living including showers, feeding, and nourishment. Chart on each resident weekly, perform monthly weights and vitals, and inventory all personal items upon admission. Report any resident incidents or changes in condition to the Assisted Living Director and complete incident reports. Help schedule transportation and doctor appointments, then accompany residents to these appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Six months or more experience working in an Assisted Living Community
- First Aid/CPR
- 1 Full Time AM Shift and 1 FT PM Shift
- COVID-19 Update- Fully Vaccinated
Desired Qualifications
- 6 mos to 1 year minimum previous experience working in and A/L unit
- Med-Tech Certification
- C.N.A./ HHA
