Job Summary
Nursing Assistant needed to provide direct personal care and support to residents in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (hygiene, dressing, toileting, meals, mobility), promoting resident comfort and dignity, observing and reporting changes to nursing staff, accurately documenting care, maintaining a clean and home-like environment, and working collaboratively with the care team. Training is provided for candidates who demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a desire to grow in senior care. Roles may be listed under Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, Resident Care Assistant, or Patient Care Assistant.
