Nursing Assistant - 5 South - Day/Night rotating

Provides clinical support on a 5 South telemetry unit by performing patient-care duties including taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, replenishing supplies, and performing special tasks such as EKGs and Point-of-Care testing. Works 36 hours per week with Day/Night rotating shifts, every 3rd weekend, and rotating holidays. Unit serves patients 18+, with various acute medical diagnoses including peritoneal dialysis patient care. Located in York, PA.
