Job Summary
Provide clinical support services to patient care staff by taking patient vital signs, assisting patients with activities of daily living including bathing, feeding, and toileting, and performing special assigned duties such as EKGs and Point-of-Care testing. Inventory and replenish supplies and equipment on the 23-bed medical telemetry unit that specializes in acute medical diagnoses for patients 18 years and older, including metabolic disorders, cardiovascular problems, renal patients, GI bleeds, substance abuse withdrawal, diabetes, and respiratory conditions. Work the evening/night shift from 7pm to 7am, 36 hours per week, with every 3rd weekend off and rotating holidays.
