Nursing Assistant - 3W - Days PT

Nursing Assistant position in the 3 West unit at Navicent Health Medical Center (Advocate Health). Part-time role (24 hours/week) with daytime shifts 7a–7p across two days per week. Key duties include personal patient care (bathing, oral hygiene, linens, hygiene), pre/post-op care, post-mortem care, patient transport and movement, monitoring (electrodes, vital signs, glucose), infection control, falls prevention, documentation, and collaboration with the health care team to ensure safe, clean, and supportive patient environments.
