Job Summary
As a Nursing Aide at The Waterford at Mansfield, your primary responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, medication, and treatments while promoting independence. You will escort residents within and outside the facility, help set up and serve meals, clean up, and may also assist in planning and executing activities for residents. The role requires treating all residents with dignity and respect, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Knowledge in nursing or senior living is also a plus.
