Nursing Admin Supervisor, PRN, Nights

Conduct quality patient care and maintain safety for all patients during assigned night shifts. Plan, direct, and coordinate with Admissions and Bed Control to facilitate patient flow and monitor bed availability, implementing surge capacity measures as needed. Supervise nursing staff and manage shift-to-shift staffing coordination. Serve as the designated on-site hospital administrator after normal business hours, assessing administrator-on-call requests and overseeing all hospital activities in the absence of department directors. Coordinate disaster plan activation under the direction of the Administrator on-call and round with staff to maintain open communication. Requires RN licensure, BCLS, and 3 years of hospital nursing experience.
