Job Summary
Teach lecture, laboratory, and clinical practicum courses in the Nursing program, utilizing effective strategies to engage diverse student populations through synchronous live sessions. Model appropriate learning skills and create conducive environments for students across on-campus and off-site clinical partner locations. This role requires a Master's degree in Nursing, one year of clinical RN experience, and active licensure. Flexible part-time scheduling averages 10-15 hours per week with competitive hourly rates ranging from $38.00 to $60.00. Training is provided for those without prior teaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Nursing
- 1-year clinical experience as an RN
- Proof of active RN licensure that has never been encumbered
- Official transcripts for each degree earned from an accredited institution
- Active CPR certification administered by either the American Heart Association or The American Red Cross
- Applicable faculty immunization documentation
