Job Summary
Teach lecture, laboratory, and clinical practicum courses in the Nursing program, utilizing effective strategies to engage diverse students through synchronous live sessions and community building. Deliver instruction on campus or at off-site clinical partner locations while modeling appropriate learning skills. Requires a Master's degree in Nursing, one-year clinical RN experience, active licensure, CPR certification, and immunization documentation. Schedule consists of 10-15 hours per week with competitive hourly rates between $38.00 and $60.00. Training is provided; no prior teaching experience necessary.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Nursing
- 1-year clinical experience as an RN
- Proof of active RN licensure that has never been encumbered
- Official transcripts for each degree earned from an accredited institution
- Active CPR certification administered by either the American Heart Association or The American Red Cross
- Applicable faculty immunization documentation
