Job Summary
RN or LPN on-site Nursing role providing quality resident care on 12-hour shifts (7 to 7) at The Forest at Duke. Requires active NC nursing license and right to practice in NC; prior long-term care or CCRC experience preferred. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate care, maintaining positive relationships with residents and families, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with staff. Must have strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills; team player; flexible schedule with on-call availability. Required Qualifications
