Job Summary
Nurses Aide Trainee will participate in the facility’s educational program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, including classroom instructions, clinical practice, and on-the-job supervised training. The trainee will perform services they have been trained and deemed competent to provide during the training period, under supervision. The role requires at least an 8th-grade education, ability to read/write/speak English, and the capability to provide care appropriate to residents’ age-related needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
