Job Summary
Nursery Worker at Fall Creek in Lowell, OR, performing production potting, propagation, general plant care, shipping preparation, and facility maintenance across nursery, greenhouse, and field environments. Responsibilities include operating on an assembly-type potting line, moving plants, irrigating, pruning, weeding, crop protection, packaging shipments, inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in compliance with Worker Protection Standard and PPE guidelines. Requires ability to work in a team, meet physical demands, and adhere to biosecurity and safety rules; bilingual English/Spanish skills are noted among desirable qualifications. The role is full-time and based in a rural greenhouse/nursery setting with potential exposure to weather, agricultural chemicals, and related equipment.
